Returns

Returns Policy :

In case you are not satisfied with your products, or the products are defective, within (3) days from the date you receive your order, you can request a “Return Material Request” to return the products.

Notes :

1. Due to hygienic reasons disposable products and are not subject to any return, replacement or refund, unless found defective within three days from the date you receive your order.

2. In the event of a return as a result of a product malfunction or manufacturing defect, damage upon delivery or delivery of the wrong product, the customer will not be charged for any shipping fees or/and Bank transfer fees. In case of returns for other reasons (Ex: customer needs an exchange or customer changed his mind) shipment fees or/and Bank transfer fees as applicable will be charged to the customer.

3. While preparing for a return, the product must be in its original packing with the full set of accessories and manuals included. We do not accept the return of products which have scratches, are damaged as a result of misuse, or malfunction. We reserve the final right to reject any return if the returned item in not in a re-saleable condition.

5. We do not offer any refund on customized products unless there is a manufacturing defect.
